The Three Primary Strengths Of Network Marketing

Network Marketing, 'MLM', and Multi Level Marketing are all terms
that refer to the same type of business model. This industry has
had more than it's share of scumbag crooks and con artists that
have used and abused the concept. However, if you do your
homework and get involved with a legitimate network marketing
organization, this business model has exceptional income
potential.

Network Marketing can produce outstanding results if you know a
few simple concepts, the understanding of which is critical to
your success.

Network Marketing, MLM, and Multilevel Marketing are unlike
franchises or conventional businesses in that they take advantage
of all three of the important, yet misunderstood principles of:

1) Leverage (of Time and Money)
2) Residual Income
3) Geometric Growth Through Duplication

Unfortunately these principles are not well understood by many of
the people that undertake network marketing. And that's just one
of many reasons why so many fail at network marketing. There are
lots of other reasons, and it would take volumes to cover them
all. But this is one of the more common ones. Because if you
don't comprehend and believe in these principles, it's impossible
to help others fully understand and appreciate them.

First, lets look at LEVERAGE:

Every successful person or business takes advantage of leverage.
There are only 24 hours in a day and no matter how talented you
are or how much you get paid per hour, if you don't take
advantage of leverage you're limited by the number of hours in a
day. As a side note, I have heard of cases where an occasional
lawyer was billing more than 24 hours per day...but, I guess
that's another story. By learning to leverage your time, you can
also benefit from a percentage of other people's efforts, and
dramatically increase your income while creating more free time
for yourself.

The unique and wonderful thing about the Network Marketing
business model is that everyone has the same opportunity to
become the 'owner' of his or her own business - with a fraction
of the investment of time and money of a franchise or traditional
business.

In network marketing the people at the top definitely have a
vested interest in helping others on their team succeed.

Would you rather receive 100% of one person's efforts, or 5% of
the efforts of 100 people?

Obviously 100% of one is always only ONE. But 5% of 100 is FIVE.

Not only will the total result with leverage almost always be
amplified, but your income is not dependent on only one person.
If your income is produced by the activities of many, it is much
more dependable. Even if something unexpected or negative happens
to one or more of those people, it only has a minor effect on the
TOTAL production.

It's great to get paid while you're sleeping or away on vacation.
That's one of the many advantages of leveraging your time.

Now, lets consider RESIDUAL INCOME:

When someone mentions residual income many people automatically
think of actors or musicians.

Residual income is recurring income that you continue to receive
long after the work you've done to produce it has ended. There
are lots of ways to produce residual income. However, many
people don't understand it, and still others have never thought
about or been exposed to it.

A very simple example of residual income is interest earned on
money in the bank or investments. You continue to receive this
income without having to invest any more time to produce it.

Suppose you had the choice of doing a job and earning $1,000
once, or getting paid $50/month for the rest of your life...which
would you choose? If you chose the $50/month you obviously "get"
the concept of residual income.

Clearly, $50/month will surpass a single payment of $1,000
relatively quickly. And if it lasts for a few years, or better
yet - the rest of your life - it will really be a blessing.

Residual income is certainly not about "getting rich quickly",
even though with the right opportunity it's possible to produce a
substantial residual income stream in a relatively short time.

Most people who fail at network marketing either choose the wrong
network organization or just give up too soon and quit because
they expect overnight results. It is important to recognize that
the real beauty of residual income is on the back end, not the
front, and that once you build it you have the financial security
and time flexibility to do just about anything you desire for the
rest of your life!

Last, but not least, lets address GEOMETRIC GROWTH (DUPLICATION):

The classic illustration of geometric growth is the frequently
used penny-a-day example.If you save one penny on the first day,
and double it every successive day, (day two you have 2 pennies
and day three you have 4 pennies, and so on) how much will you
have at the end of 30 days?

The answer, to the astonishment of many, is $5,368,708! Amazing,
but true.

That's a simple and dramatic illustration of how networking can
work. If I can teach you, I've doubled myself. If we each teach
someone else, we've doubled again. As this duplication or
geometric growth process goes on and on, it can produce some
amazing results in a relatively short period of time, just like
the penny example above.

So there you have it, understand and apply these three principles

1) Leverage (of Time and Money)
2) Residual Income
3) Geometric Growth Through Duplication

and, given sufficient time and effort, you should enjoy a
successful and financially rewarding network marketing
experience.

The Real Truth about - "How to Make Money on the Internet."

You know... for a few years even I doubted that network marketing was a real business...

Sure, I read about how to make money at home and how easy it was to make money online.

Burning the candle at both ends...

listening to seminars that told me all about residual income, how to achieve the status of “network marketing professional”, reading e-books that told me how great life is at the top...

But – Hey... Hold On! How do you get there?

I’ve joined a business but my upline doesn’t respond to my questions... the company are ‘brain dead’ and I don’t know what I am doing exactly...

Is that how people make money on the Internet? Is that any way to start off in network marketing? Will that keep me in the business? It certainly did not.


Then along came another business and a support team that I never even contemplated could exist anywhere on the Internet. That was many years ago...

If I ever had any advice to pass on to people who are considering network marketing as a profession, then it would be to take a good look at what support is available, before even thinking about making money online.


Next, have a look at how the company is structured. Don’t ever sign up for anything until you have checked it out very thoroughly. How ‘open to scrutiny’ is the business you are considering? If there are any conditions before you have a look, run for cover and take your money with you!

Now... back to the subject. Is the ability to make money online for real?

Yes, it is. I would ask anyone to dispute that fact. So many are disgruntled by their failure in network marketing but how many actually stood the test of time and worked at it as hard as they would with a boss standing over them?

How many worked the same hours as they would in a job?

I can honestly tell you that not many do the above and most have higher “Online” expectations than the network marketing company can deliver, or the average person can hope to accomplish.

Building a downline is not easy but can be achieved with the right people duplicating your process and getting the right online support.

Network Marketing is the only way to produce a lasting residual income. To make money at home, without having to find the funds that would normally be required to pay you a similar amount each month from a large investment.


Why do people give up this ‘retirement plan’ so easily? Why do people work 40 plus hours a week just to pay the bills and yet do nothing to make money on the Internet and build a residual income for themselves?

Why is a process that takes 40 years to accomplish considered a ‘better alternative’ than a network marketing plan that can accomplish this task within 4-5 years, with a similar amount of work?

Yes, there are ‘scoundrel companies’ out there. That is why ‘due diligence’ is so important. How many people actually do any? Then they wonder why they are failing at it...


Would you buy something from someone that you couldn’t see, couldn’t talk to and had no visible representation, no credibility and no experience in what they were doing or trying to sell you? No, you wouldn’t, yet it happens on the Internet every day!


Yes, network marketing is a real business and you can make money on the Internet. It produces real full-time residual incomes for thousands of people worldwide but you must choose the right business with the right people and take the time to build your dream of Financial Freedom.


Every time you think of quitting, stop and look at the alternatives...


All people see, is what it is costing them. Does that ever amount into what you would pay for a franchise or alternative business? No, it does not. Whatever you may think of network marketing, it is still the only way that the ‘small guy’ can achieve financial freedom and success.


Millions of people are making their money from home. Do they need expensive premises and huge overheads? No, they make money online, on the Internet, working at home.

How Not To Fail In Network Marketing

My friend Mike said that, 'people fail in mlm, network marketing, internet marketing, or home business opportunities for two main reasons.

1. Most people start with a shoe string budget, but since they don't know how to effectively advertise and promote their businesses, they run out of money without having the opportunity grow and explode their business.

2. They pitch their mlm, network marketing, internet marketing, or home business opportunities to their family, friends, and co-workers. Then they run out of people to talk to, and out of money to advertise.' That's a sad scenario.

The key to not fail in mlm, network marketing, internet marketing, or home business opportunities; is to implement a franchise system with a proven marketing strategy that works. Sort of like Mc Donald's, the casinos in Las Vegas, movie theaters, and others.

For intance, do you think Mc Donald's is in the hamburger business? How about Las Vegas' casinos? They advertise, "what happens in Vegas stays in vegas." Movie theaters, Do you think they could stay in business by merely selling admission tickets?

Let me tell you why Mc Donald's can afford to sell a burger for a $1 dollar. Because it knows that when you buy that extra slice of cheese, fries, and soda, it will make a huge profit margin on them.

Las Vegas casinos lure you with their entertainment advertising, but they don't tell you that they want you to lose all your money in gambling which is where the real money is made.

The same with movie theaters, you take your family to watch a movie, and you easily spend $40 bucks in popcorn, sodas, and candies, not including the admission tickets!

Do you see what is going on here? Do you see the marketing strategy at work? If these businesses did not a have a game plan, they would go out of business or they would have a hard time staying in business.

The question that must be popping in your mind by now is, what does that have to do with my mlm, network marketing, internet marketing, or home business opportunity? It has a lot to do with it, if not all of it! The strategy is based on the ABC business model. Once you understand it and apply it to your mlm business, network marketing business,internet marketing business, or home business opportunity__viola! Your business will explode!

What is this ABC business model, and why is it vital to your, mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity? Let's just say that part A, part B, and part C, all three parts compliment each other.

Part A is the most important of the three parts, yet most people only use part B and C. Especially if you are advertising your business on a shoe string budget! Do you see now why people fail in business? Can your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity survive on parts B and C only? Sure it can, but it will cost you a fortune in advertising, and I guarantee it!

Part A is designed to help you fund your advertising, and generate prospects for your business.

Part B is designed to put quick cash in your pocket to pay bills or to invest to further grow your business, and part C is your long-term residual income.

How does part A help you fund your advertising so you don't run out of money? Simple. Sell a low cost high volume item that is closely related to your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity. Something easy to sell whether you are an expert or not. It could be a nutrition product, a service, or an affiliate program, but it has to be closely related to your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity. The reason for doing that, is that it is a lot easier to sell $500 dollars in retail products than it is in building a $500 residual income, do you follow?

Just to give you a perfect example, as a network marketer, would you buy a business that is worth $1,000 to $2,000 dollars without thinking about it,or would you be more inclined to buy an inexpensive book that shows you how to be successfull with that business? If you are like me, you would buy the book and educate yourself first. A book like this would be a retail product that sells easily.

By implementing Part A which will lead to Part B and then to part C, your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity will always be up and running, and no longer worried about running out of advertising funds.

Part B in mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunities comes in the form of fast start bonuses aka "bread and butter." As you continue to implement part A it will not only fund your advertising campaings, but also will generate endless prospects for your business. Remember, Part A has to be closely related to your main business.

Do you see now why part A is so vital for your business?

When you do your advertising, vary your advertising. Do not rely solely on one form of advertising. My wise friend Mario said, "a table can not stand on one leg, (a conventional table) and neither will your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity be able survive on one form of advertising alone.

Apply this ABC business model in your mlm business, network marketing business, internet marketing business, or home business opportunity and you will never ever have to worry about running out of money,or failing in this industry again.

What’s The Best Network Marketing Opportunity For You?

Are you looking for a good network marketing opportunity? Want to tap into the secrets of Internet billionaires? Wish to be a top revenue maker? Then you should follow in the footsteps of successful marketers, and do what they do – find a network marketing opportunity that feels tailor-made for you.

But you should exercise extreme discretion while choosing your network marketing opportunity. Make sure you don’t waste your time, money and efforts. Here are a few ways to decide if a network marketing opportunity is right for you or not.

Look for programs that depend primarily on the actual value and need for the products – not on the "opportunity" for you to make money. In the latter situation, the program is often actually a pyramid device where the money is locked in by the company and a small group of upline distributors.

Like in any other market, you should take into consideration the normal dynamics of supply and demand. Beware if the program allows unlimited recruiting of distributors with no territorial protection or other provisions for preventing market saturation.

Ask for the net payout after product purchases for all distributors, even those that are not active.

The company should offer an adequate support infrastructure to handle a temporary burst of volume. Are conferences and training programs, audio and video tapes, etc., free of charge (as is the case elsewhere for company sponsored programs), or are you expected to pay for them -- as another revenue source for the company and upline?

Consider each of these points and take time to decide for yourself what will be the best network marketing opportunity for you to attain prosperity, independence and a secure future.

Still Seeking Network Marketing Success?

Network marketing success does come to many people and to many others, it doesn’t. Ultimately it depends on you – how well you focus on your target market, how well you choose your program, and how hard you are willing to work. The following are a set of guidelines that you can consult if you wish to be a network marketing success.

To start with, put down your goals and plans on paper. You cannot do many things at once, so you need to prioritize.

Don’t wait for the perfect conditions to prevail, they never might! Begin right away, with whatever resources you have.

Expect rejections. Don’t get upset by them. Keep in mind that people are not rejecting you, they are rejecting an idea. Instead, build on your successes. Be persistent.

Treat your network marketing business as a serious, full-time business, and it will soon become one.

Follow up. It is as important as the initial contact. Many network marketers say that they got their best people after following up three to five times.

Keep your patience. Expect the hardest work in the first six months and the least compensation. But it will improve. Large incomes don’t happen overnight.

Contact your upline or the company for suggestions on how to grow your business.

Ask people what they think honestly of the program. This way you get to hear the objections they might have about your network marketing opportunity, and you can better equip yourself with data, logical argument or other proof to overcome these objections.

Plan your activity weekly and follow it persistently. Network marketing success almost always depends on how well you can stick to your planning.

Assist your downline as much as you can. Let them know that you are there with your support. Teach them to do the same to their downline. Help others become successful, and you will become a network marketing success yourself.

Present yourself and your business in a professional and honest manner. Stick to facts, and don’t exaggerate opportunities.

Communicate constantly with your downline. Keep close contact with them. Use voice chat, newsletters, meetings, phone calls, email, voice mail, faxes, postcards, etc.

Read motivational books. Understand the richness of the human intelligence and get prepared to tap your resources. Think positive. Dream big. Keep the people around you motivated constantly. And don’t let the negative attitudes of others influence you.

Don’t fall into the “perfection paralysis” syndrome. You cannot be perfect all the time. Instead, do your best and move on to the next task at hand. Before you realize it, you will become a network marketing success that others will strive to emulate.
